Job Description

Dulwich Prep London is the most exciting and stimulating place to work.  With around 850 pupils, it is the largest boys’ prep school in the UK and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the most cosmopolitan city in the world.  The School’s strength is its community: our staff who are professional, passionate and brilliantly collegiate (CPD is extremely important); our pupils who are inquisitive, challenging learners with a spring in their step, and our parents who are hugely supportive, appreciative and ambitious.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and welcoming individual, with a professional demeanour, to support our Registrar in the recruitment of new pupils through engagement with prospective families, feeder schools and educational agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all admissions communications, producing weekly admissions statistics and projections for the Head Master and for organising and hosting tours for prospective parents.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a customer-orientated approach and with the ability to quickly build effective relationships, ensuring a friendly and positive experience for prospective families.  Experience of working in a school would be an advantage in helping to develop a detailed knowledge of feeder schools.  Close attention to detail and excellent computer literacy skills, including familiarity of CRM / Database Management, are essential.

Dulwich Prep London offers excellent facilities and resources for its staff and pupils, as well as supportive and energised colleagues, a commitment to professional development and staff wellbeing opportunities.  Whilst the role is school based, here may be some scope to work from home, following successful completion of a probationary period.
