Job Description

Dulwich Prep London is seeking to appoint an energetic, highly motivated, and passionate Head of Early Years to start in September 2022 or sooner.

Dulwich Prep London is a single school with a shared purpose; it is divided into five distinct sections, each spanning two-year groups and led by a Head of Section. Applicants should be team players who bring a genuine love of teaching and learning and a commitment to pupil wellbeing and broader school life.

Applicants need to be qualified teachers with QTS and have experience working with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Candidates should be committed to ongoing school improvement and feel comfortable in a climate of change and innovative development.

The successful candidate will show a genuine commitment to creating an inspiring and stimulating child-centred learning environment. They will prioritise wellbeing and academic achievement for every child.

Dulwich Prep London offers excellent facilities and resources for its staff and pupils, as well as supportive and energised colleagues, a commitment to professional development and staff wellbeing opportunities and small class sizes.
