1D serve up Spanish specialities

Posted: 24th May 2016

After enjoying some delicious Danish delights, 1D could not wait to cook up a Spanish speciality for 1C.  We decided to make gazpacho and spent the morning working hard to get everything ready.

We peeled, sliced and chopped vegetables which were then blended into a cool, refreshing soup.  We decided to serve the gazpacho with a bread stick which the boys designed themselves, adding pimentón, salt and/or caraway seeds.

Some made a twist or spiral, others personalised it by recreating the first letter of their guest’s name.  1C enthusiastically arrived in the afternoon and were excited to try just a taste of something new!  I wonder what France and Italy will serve up next…
