Last week, following our focus on letter writing, Year 1 wrote to Santa! They told him whether they had been good (or at least tried to be!) and made sure they wished him a very happy Christmas. The highlight of the letter was listing a few things that they would like for Christmas. We decided he needed a few options, just in case! It was also with much excitement that Year 1 then walked down to the post box on Alleyn Park, to post their letters. The boys are now eagerly awaiting a response and cannot wait for Christmas morning.
