Minibeast Madness!

Posted: 24th May 2017

The Pre-Prep was ‘Buzz, Buzz, Buzzing today’ at the Year 2’s fabulous production of ‘Minibeast Madness’. The stage was awash with colourful, bottom-swinging, busy bees, crazy flamenco dancing crickets, snazzy snail-rockers and dancing dung beetles, who were all unaware of the dastardly Bug Squad attempting to exterminate them.

However, just as the Praying Mantis Bride and Groom were about to get married, the Bug Squad intervened, flashing their insecticide spray.  The minibeasts were not to be outdone as they gathered forces and marched Inspector Secticide, Snitch and Snatch right out of their garden. The boys treated us to amazing renditions of gospel, blues and rock ‘n’ roll songs, especially the infamous hit ‘Snailhouse Rock’. We are hugely proud of the boys for all their hard work. Well done Year 2!
