On Friday all the Nursery and Reception children arrived at the Early Years in their pajamas, dressing gowns and slippers, clutching their favorite book.
They were welcomed by low lighting, fairy lights and Mrs Burtonshaw saying ‘good night’ to them all.
All the classes were treated to a two special assemblies. The first with Mr Aitchison from the English Department, who read the wonderful book ‘Whatever Next’ by Jill Murphy. The second was a visiting author Karen Owens, who read her book “As Quiet as a Mouse.”
We are pretty sure the children all slept well that night after such a fun day!
