This week the Prep+ boys took a trip to the Royal Geographical Society for a talk with Ben Fogle.
His talk was moving in terms of him showing his vulnerability– he began with a photograph of himself as a boy and spoke about how he failed at everything and was/is very shy. After failing at school and not getting the grades for university – his gap ‘Ja’ (which became three years) broadened his horizons and motivated him to prove himself through extreme adventures. He said even now he still doesn’t feel good enough!
