42 boys and 4 staff left early on Friday for an epic adventure of rugby, food, sea, sand and plenty of mud. After a lunch stop on route to Bristol, we arrived at Clifton College for our first round of matches. These were highly competitive and fiercely contested as always.
Later that evening, the boys had a great time bouncing the night away followed by a meal out.
Saturday was jam packed with a morning of beach games, arcades and sweet treats at Weston Super-Mare, followed by an afternoon supporting the mighty Bristol Bears in their win against Gloucester. After that, it was back to the hotel for pizza and movie night for some very tired boys. Sunday saw the boys play a triangular fixture with two local clubs, Old Bristolians and Keynsham. Heavy rain turned the pitches into a mud bath and some very wet, muddy, and exhausted boys collapsed happily onto the bus for a quiet journey home.
